HTC Wildfire E Lite

HTC is ready to revive its Wildfire smartphone series in the coming weeks. The corporate has already launched a variety of devices from the lineup in the market. Some of these devices include the Wildfire X and the Wildfire R70. Beyond these, the corporate also launched its Wildfire E2 in the market in August. A recent report outlined that the company will expand the lineup with rumored Wildfire E Lite.

Much like its sibling in the rest of the Wildfire Series lineup, the Wildfire E Lite will be an entry-level device. As previously noted, we first spotted the device on the Google Play Console. Now, the design of the smartphone has surfaced on the internet. Popular smartphone leaker Evan Blass shared the render of the device on his Twitter account. Looking at the design, it comes with a significant bezel on the top and bottom rather than a bezel.

The screen size of the HTC Wildfire E Lite remains unknown, but the Google Play Console listing reveals that it’s an HD+ resolution (720×1440 pixels). It comes with an 18:9 aspect ratio and 320ppi density. The render suggests that the new smartphone will offer a horizontally mounted dual-camera setup accompanied by an LED flash the corporate logo.

It looks just like the company has used plastic to craft the rear of the smartphone which is in line with most entry-level smartphones. But whilst a budget device, HTC has equipped the back of the Wildfire E Lite with a fingerprint sensor. The device also comes with volume and power buttons on the right side of the device. But, the corporate has not revealed the specifications of the smartphone.

OnePlus 8T Renders Show Samsung-Inspired Design, to bring Flat-Display and 65W Charging

Oneplus 8t

It’s September and in the midst of a dozen smartphone launches, OnePlus is predicted to come up with the 8T. Just like last year, the OnePlus 8T will bring a number of massive upgrades over the OnePlus 8. While leaks have thus far hinted at some specifications and the front design, we now have a group of 3D renders supported leaked schematics. The OnePlus 8T will bring an enormous change in its design and features.

The latest bunch of renders from Pricebaba and OnLeaks suggest OnePlus taking a unique design approach for the 8T. The phone resembles plenty of the newest Samsung S and A series phones – at least from the back. There’s a huge rectangular camera hump sitting at the back, holding a quad-camera setup. The edges of the rear are curved almost like the OnePlus 8. The frame itself confirms a USB-C port and the usual set of buttons.

As you move to the front, changes to the design continue. The OnePlus 8T may drop the curved edge display and acquire back to a flat-edge display. The renders show extremely thin bezels around the display. A small punch-hole cutout for the front camera sits to the left corner. This display is claimed to bring a refresh rate of 120Hz with a resolution of Full HD+ and measure 6.5-inches.

New Upgrades

The OnLeaks list also reveals some of the specifications for the OnePlus 8T. OnePlus is claimed to continue using the Snapdragon 865 chip. This is weird as long as OnePlus usually uses the fastest Qualcomm chip available at any given time. Maybe this isn’t right as other leaks have stuck to OnePlus using the Snapdragon 865 Plus chipset.

Nonetheless, there’ll be two variants at launch. The base version will have 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The top-end variant will get 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. OnePlus will upgrade the battery to a 4500mAh unit. Most importantly, It will upgrade the fast charging to the 65W technology from Oppo. hence, you’ll expect the battery to completely recharge from nothing in less than half-hour.

The rear cameras will also get a spec upgrade. The main camera will use a 48-megapixel sensor, presumably the same sensor from the OnePlus 8 Pro. This may be accompanied by a 16-megapixel ultra-wide camera. A new 5-megapixel macro camera joins the list alongside a 2-megapixel depth camera.

OnePlus 8T Launch Date and Price

As of now, OnePlus is yet to announce any event. Leaks have confirmed the OnePlus 8T getting a BIS certification. Hence, the phone could find yourself launching by the end of September or early October. Given the upgrades on the newer model, OnePlus could ask a higher price than the OnePlus 8, especially more so as there’s no 8T Pro happening this year.

Samsung Galaxy M41 spotted online with massive 6,800mAh battery

A few weeks ago, we heard reports that Samsung will ditch the Galaxy M41 entirely out of its M-series in favor of the upcoming Galaxy M51. However, this information might not be valid anymore. This is because the latest certification has surfaced online and it points on to the Samsung Galaxy M41.

As per a report by GSMarena, the Samsung Galaxy M41 3C certification had been cleared last week on June 28. If we pass the certification, which may be a very reliable indicator that the phone remains alive, we also spot some specifications of the upcoming M-series phone. This includes a huge 6,800mAh battery powering the phone. That’s 800mAh larger than even Samsung’s recent M series phones.

The 6,800mAh battery is really like the batteries employed in larger tablets. Considering this is an M-series device, the Samsung Galaxy M41 might be priced at around Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000 in India. Hence, it’ll remain as of now, the only phone with such an outsized battery within the segment. There is also an image of the massive battery on the safety Korea website.

The information points to the very fact that Samsung may have found how to resolve its OLED panel supply issue. We heard Samsung was about to implement an OLED panel that was made by a third-party company on the M41. This might have contrasted other Samsung phones that use OLED panels made by the corporate itself. This third party was believed to be TCL’s China Star Optoelectronics Technology. However, in later development, Samsung had apparently canceled the plan and ditched the Galaxy M41 altogether.

In other news, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra just leaked on Online. The accidental leak showcases what appears to the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra in its full glory. This includes the new copper color, the rear camera setup, and a few elements regarding the design
